Karate Plus Martial Arts Personal Development Center is proud to introduce Jujitsu to our school.  The type of Jujitsu offered at Karate Plus Martial Arts Personal Development Center is called Tsugi Ashi Do, and is taught by Mr. Steve Janosik.

Jujitsu is one of the oldest, most in-depth and least understood existing Martial Arts Systems. Many Martial Art Systems are derived from Jujitsu.  Some of these are Aikido, Judo, and some Karate styles. 

A big misconception is that you must break bones or cause permanent injury to protect yourself.  This is NOT true!  With Jujitsu, you will learn self defense techniques requiring little or no strength that are effective against single and/or multiple attackers.

Tsugi Ashi Do Jujitsu consists of blocking, kicking, punching, grappling, throwing, arm and wrist locks, and pressure point techniques. These easily learned techniques make Jujitsu suitable for everyone.
